Monitoring is done locally at the company’s Orange, California headquarters. Rates start at $13.95 per month on a quarterly basis, plus a one-time $65 connection fee. Our monitoring agreements are month to month. We don't lock you in with 2 or 3 year binding contracts.  Jadtec can monitor 99 percent of existing systems with no adjustments needed. New system installations start as low as $425. There are no equipment leases or rentals – Jadtec customers own their systems. And Jadtec does not install proprietary equipment or use lockout codes that would prevent alarm monitoring by other companies.
